Terrible stay - completely misleading listing

I wish I could give zero stars. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The apartment was nothing like the listing or photos. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam. Instead of a modern, clean space, I was greeted with an old, dingy, and dirty apartment that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The smell was horrendous—like a mix of mold and sewage—and it hit me the moment I walked in. The sheets were clearly not washed, with visible stains that made me question whether anyone had even bothered to clean up after the last guest. The air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work, which made the heat unbearable, especially in Saigon’s climate. Before check-in, the host was responsive and helpful, but as soon as I arrived and started raising issues, they completely ghosted me. No response to my messages or calls. It was beyond frustrating. I cannot stress enough: do not book this place. It’s a complete misrepresentation, and you’ll only end up regretting it. Avoid at all costs.

The property was clean and had good working appliances. The overall stay was pleasant, the receptionist English wasn’t the best but my vitenamise was only the basic. The only complaint if any was I wanted the bed linen to be changed at least once during the 8 days and the kitchen rubbish removed.
