The room was not spotless, but pretty clean and comfortable, great view, well equipped. The only thing is that I didn't see anywhere that the apt floor was not vacuum if you stay less than 7 days. There was no broom on site and it never occured to me to go to reception and ask for a vacuum cleaner. It says serviced apts ,so I assumed they were clean. Nothing wrong with that, just make it clear before booking, giving people the option to choose. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, friendly. Parking was a bit hard to manoeuvre if you have a very large car, once you park, hardly room to open the doors, but it seems to be the norm in most car parks now. Overall , a very nice place. Close to the cbd, salamanca, by car, nothing close by foot

The room was spotless and maintained to a high standard every day. The amenities, including an indoor pool and games room, were also fabulous, and the view from our room, spanning across the Derwent River as far as the eye can see was simply breathtaking!
