Firstly the location is absolutely perfect if you want to be in the heart of things. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. All staff were very helpful and engaging. The complementary breakfast hit the spot for a busy day ahead and the dinner we had was delicious. Could not fault our stay and look forward to visiting again. Thank you all.

We arrived with nobody at reception, which consideri g there was only a loading bay to park at wasn't great. Then to be advised we would be upgraded, but that required us to take x2 stairs up and down carrying 20kg x2 which was a challange. Our door remotes did not work on x2 occasions. And what may our stay really challanging was at about 2230hrs we thought we heard banging at our door or trying to ooen the door, but we had been fast asleep to only find a staff member banging on the door shortly after to say it had been booked to someone else. A birthday treat that will be rembered for all the wrong reasons.

The staff were very helpful, the location is ideal for the center of town, and the included breakfast is very good. We drew the short straw; our room was very small with little space to unpack clothing. The manager was helpful however in adding a couple of small shelves.

Convenient location, close to tour pick up locations, plenty of food options around. Ala carte breakfast included was great. The building does have stairs and mezzanine levels with no lift access, so this would not be suitable for people with stairs issues.

Spacious room, great location to Salamanca, buses, & city. Staff held suitcases for us and gave us a later check out which was great. Bed was large with soft mattress. Room needs black out curtains though, as bright sunlight lit up the room early in the morning.
