I have stayed more nights than I can count in the last 3 months, rooms are always clean, bathrooms have been updated, beds are so comfy I don't want to get out some days. Meals are delicious, guests get 20% discount. Bar staff are very friendly.

Room was clean, functional. Shower was lovely and hot, great water flow. Cannot fault the staff - especially Sarah. I left something in my room after checkout and she went above and beyond to help out.
