The service was good and I really liked the window seat. But the room really needed a simple refresh — paint chips on most of the wood furniture, messy cords connecting the TV, some spots on carpet, missing robe hook in bathroom. A few minutes work in the room would make a BiG difference!

The bathroom had stains on the wall. I had to pay extra because I had a pet, so they can thoroughly clean when I left. I would have appreciated them doing a thorough clean before we got there. I’d think 2x before going to another microtel

Great staff

The front desk staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The facility is in need of upkeep; for example - there was a hole in the bathroom wall (from door handle), and the bathroom needed a deep clean. The site is pet friendly, but as a non-pet owner, I do not want a room that smells like dog.

I was traveling with a pet and required to pay $25 extra per night so they can thoroughly clean when I checked out. I would have appreciated them doing a thorough clean before I checked in. There were stains all over the walls in the bathroom. We also seen a roach. I was surprised that a Wyndham property would be so dirty.

The place is a broken down dump , food awful , hard to find security lock on side door is hanging by a loose screw, hardly a saftey measure. Inside its very dated. In our room there was a dark mirrored wall used as a head board. Furniture dark and worn, bathroom tub has a hole on side cant turn off shower head , water drips, hairdryer is old and hardly works and more. Don't remodel just tesr down

Sufficient for the Price

A friend and I stayed in a room with two queen size beds for two nights. We didn't have our room cleaned while there. When we returned on Monday afternoon, there was some kind of smell but turning on the A/C for awhile helped. The walls are quite thin; we were on the first floor and I could hear people above us who got up rather early both days.

It clearly states no smoking and makes you sign a form for a smoking deposit. Upon arriving the entire first floor smelled like weed. There was mold in the bathroom, some of it had been painted over. I don't think the floors in the bathroom had ever been properly cleaned by looking at the grout. The light switches were in weird places and turned on the wrong lights. The bed was hard as a rock. The blankets if you want to call them that were incredibly thin, including the "comforter." Breakfast was very limited to cold cereal, toast, bagels, instant oatmeal, and a tiny pancake machine. No juice or water, only coffee.I do not know why this place has so many good ratings.The staff never around either. I definitely over paid for our 1 night stay to see family during the busiest weekend up there and I am assuming they raised the rates because of that.

Check in with Kelly was very easy and she was very helpful with all info about the hotel. Room was very clean. Only deterrent was the hallway on the 3rd floor had a strange smell. Thank goodness, it did not continue into the room.
