Everything was wonderful! The staff were very helpful and caring. Lisa has done such a great job! We visited Holland for a Hope College visit durning a winter storm. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. It really feels like the staff truly cares. It felt like a family run business. We travel a lot and I can honestly say this was our best experience. Worst hotel ever! Fraudulent charges were added to my card. Staff couldn’t explain anything about the billing. Kids running up and down the halls and in and out the elevator after 11:30pm. Two nights was 186.80 but yet was billed for 392.77 with no justification from TRU by Hilton. Only thing TRU about this post is DO NOT STAY at this hotel! If you do make sure your charges are TRU and match because a binding itinerary contact stating your charges is not TRU.

Limited breakfast. The lobby was like a zoo with 30 kids under 13 running the halls and up and down all floors at 11:30pm. Front desk has no clue about billing or the extra charges placed on my account. DO NOT stay at this hotel and if you do please check your bill for extra undisclosed charges. Parking is a joke if there’s snow on the ground! Stayed for two nights and the side walks were never shoveled. Very disappointed with TRU by Hilton’s unprofessionalism and lack of effort during my stay for work!
