Enjoy the peace and quiet of Sea Haven, a 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool home in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. This single family home is located on a quiet street and just a 3-4 minute direct walk to the beach. The house is a single story, split layout with lake views from almost every room in the house. Recently updated, this home is very comfortable, with three sitting rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, den, sunroom overlooking the pool and lake in the background, flat screens, wireless, all linens and beach towels provided. Enjoy your morning coffee poolside on the outdoor patio and watch the mullet jumping and birds fishing.
The house offers great island living with it's three living spaces and great location close to the restaurants and shops of Holmes Beach. The home is a split floor plan with two bedrooms and two separate baths on one wing, and a separate wing with a bunk room and bath. Sea Haven just added a stunning pool and extended patio area to make your cocktail hour more enjoyable. Bring your fishing poles to make best use of the new seawall.
Bed & Bath Details:
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The owner's suite has large windows with a view of the lake. The suite consists of a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet, there is also a reading nook which is a great space to finish that book you started. The Queen guest room has a Queen size bed and hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo, located right next to the Queen bedroom. The third bedroom has two sets of Twin bunk beds. The spacious third bathroom/laundry room comes with a large walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer.
Exterior:
The fully fenced in backyard invites you to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Beautiful new pool and backyard oasis. Enjoy a dip in the pool with the view of the lake and mangroves. There is a great dining/seating area right outside the backdoor. Enjoy fishing and bird watching in your own backyard. A fishing license is required for anyone over 16.

The property welcomes Saturday to Saturday rentals. Minimum 7 night stay.
**September through January any day arrivals are welcome with prior approval.

Pool heating is an additional charge of $150 a week.
Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 83* is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperature will probably stay around 78* during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Pool service comes to clean the pool and check the equipment twice a week during the summer months, and once a week other months. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, we will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. We make every effort to keep the pool clean and in good working condition, however it may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities. You can help reduce issues with the pool water quality by washing off sunscreen and sand before getting in the pool to reduce the build-up of phosphates.

No Pets allowed on the property. No "Visiting Pets" on the property.

Non-Smoking & Non-Vaping Property.

3 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. No Trailers. Electric cars must be approved prior to booking and there will be a charge for charging your vehicle.

The free trolley stop is located right at the end of 67th Street at the Lutheran Church. Or rent a golf cart from one of our many vendors on Anna Maria Island.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
