First, I want to thank the Dorsett for upgrading our room for the last three nights of our stay. Our initial room was quite small for three adults and we very much appreciated the upgrade. Having said that, I have to say it was a disappointment since it is rated as a 4-star hotel. The furnishings are quite dated, the bathroom doors are glass and extremely heavy and awkward to open. The elevators are slow and I saw a small cockroach on the wall at breakfast which was off-putting. Again, we were very appreciative and happy with the upgrade but the hotel needs to be updated and improved. It did not feel at all like a 4-star hotel. Even the lobby seems old and cramped.

Nice hotel in central location. Rooms are on the small side which is typical for a city hotel. Same about the bathroom. The location is very convenient for shops and dining options. Service was excellent. Would recommend for an affordable city stay.

CP values is very low, staffs are not friendly, room is very narrow, old, and unclean. If your room faces city view, then you will hear noisy traffic whole night, it is not possible to sleep if you are light sleeper.
