Excellent service, thoughtfully designed property with fantastic amenities, connectivity, and wonderful dining options. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was really good. The pools and aquarium in the lobby area fabulous.

As someone who travels often and has stayed in many real 5-star hotels around the world, I can honestly say that this Marriott is the worst I've ever experienced. It felt more like a neglected 3-star place at best. Cleanliness Issues: I was shocked by the amount of dust in the room. It was everywhere. Thick layers of dust and hair, debris that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages, disgusting... The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows were ridiculously thick. We tried the spare pillows in the closet, but they were all the same. They only provided cheap instant sachets and Coffee-Mate with a very basic kettle. No Nespresso machine or even decent ground coffee. To top it all off, the room had a strange smell, almost like a farm. Not what I anticipated at all. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this level of neglect is simply unacceptable. I was really disappointed.

Excellent facilities, very close to the MTR, fantastic staff, who were helpful and friendly. We loved the pool, restaurants and the other facilities on offer.
