Good location, one of the best hotel breakfast buffets something for everyone. Hotel is huge and certainly caters to business travellers and conferences.

Staff were amazing and helpful. Room was also spacious and modern. The only issue was that we noticed nail clippings on the carpet next to our bed upon checking in - raising our concerns about cleanliness.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is part of a large complex that includes a shopping mall, several restaurants, car dealerships, a grocery store, and more. It took me a little time to figure out the maze of escalators and elevators, but by my second day I had it mastered. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet—even though it was directly opposite the elevator bank. That’s a big plus for me. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Clean and new Friendly staff who upgraded my room to a comfortable suite after a long flight. Yet, everything is so new that there are rooms to improve The drawers are so stiff to pull Water is leaking from the fridge Bed mattress is quite hard

Michael at the reception desk was courteous, professional and efficient. It was a pleasure to be greeted and helped by him. This is the third time I stayed at Hopewell this year, both as a solo traveler and with my husband. The room, suite, gym, sauna and steam room were all spotless! Excellent breakfast options!

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I had a great stay! Felt sad to be leaving!😊 Everyone that I met who worked there was friendly and kind. Location of the Hopewell is great as it’s a short walk to the MTR. Hope I can return there!

Better looking than the pictures. Great views. Clean and serviceable. However a lot of escalators and multiple elevators that can get a bit confusing. Located in the center and close to a metro which was a plus.

The stay at Hopewell was great. Clean and spacious room with great view and service. It was connected to shopping mall, supermarket, cafes and restaurants in the mall which was very convenient. It was only 5 min walk to the nearest station which is Wan Chai station. A lot of shops and restaurants outside of hotel too. Definitely want to stay again when I return to Hong Kong.
