Whilst having stayed here several years ago, signs of age, wear and tear is showing. Timberwork in rooms is chipped/damaged. Rooms could do with a more thorough clean. The aircon is very noisy. The mini-bar runs at 20 deg. The lifts were SO slow and generally full, so had to resort to go up to come down!! Beds were quite firm but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was average but adequate. Location was great, hence why we booked it again this visit. Price was quite reasonable.

Great stay and convenient.

I frequently stay in HK and have experienced a wide range of hotels across kowloon and hk island, I was surprised by the quality and value. The deluxe rooms were more than adequate, with space to put my suitcases and a chair to do some work. I particular liked the window seating with a view across the city. The location was also good, close enough to MTR with great links to the Tram and buses a very short walk away. Will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is tugged away from the busy part of Causeway Bay as there is a little walking distance to Soho Department Store but very manageable. This hotel was built in 2001 and therefore no swimming pool but which visitor would come to Hong Kong doing just that! There is Bali and Phuket for that purpose. Many of the rooms have a nice view of Victoria Park. It is a good place to stay when in Hong Kong

The hotel boasts a convenient location; however, the rooms are somewhat compact. For tourists with a busy itinerary of daytime and evening excursions, this hotel is a suitable option. Nevertheless, significant elevator programming issues were observed. On several mornings, during periods of high occupancy, we experienced a 40-minute wait for elevator access.
