Many restaurants, food courts, grocery & convenience store within building or nearby. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo has a large lanai with spectacular direct ocean, beach, Hilton lagoon, fireworks views, fully stocked kitchen, granite countertop & tiled flooring. 5 min walk to sandy beach or take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway. 2 pools, luggage drop off lobby
Here are some house rules and information to avoid incurring any extra fees:

- No shoes are to be worn in the house.
- If guests are sandy, please rains off by beach. This ensures that sand is not tracked into the home.
- Laundry Room and Trash Room are found in the hallway by the elevator area. Please use appropriate recycle bins and leave cardboard inside Trash Room!
- If you are wet please avoid sitting on the furniture.
- You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors! Please be mindful of walking, running, furniture moving, etc., as floor noise travels. Please follow the building operation hours.
- Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
- No Smoking except in the designated area, on the Hilton side of the valet parking booth by the building front entrance.
- Use the Pool & Pavilion during open hours only. Lobby pool opens between 7:30am to 9am for exercise only. Open to all guests from 9am to 7pm. Upper level / 2nd floor pool open from 9am to 5pm. Please read and observe the posted Pool and Pavilion rules, for changes and updates.
- For health and safety reasons, do not feed birds and cats.
