The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,

for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation

Deck renovation project.



This 11th floor condo, only a block from the beach, has a great view of the

busy city of Waikiki and the shimmering ocean! This unit comes with a fully

furnished kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range,

microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an

at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen is complete with a

dining table and chairs for memorable family dinners. We want you to sit back

and relax in this condo s light and airy living area that includes a large tv

and a cozy couch. The balcony also has a table and chairs to enjoy a warm cup

of coffee so you can sit back and feel the ocean breeze!



This unit has a comfortable bedroom with a large King bed and a jaw-dropping

view of the mountains and ocean. The bedroom can be made private by the

sliding partition doors or left open for a very free flow room. A comfy sofa

sleeper is built into the living room, so if you need extra beds, we ve got

you covered. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a closed off private

toilet and a great shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is

the perfect place to wash away all the sand and stress after a day spent at

the beach!



High quality inflatable beds are available upon request in advance of your

stay. Please contact us directly prior to arrival.



This unit comes with FREE parking for one vehicle (saving up to $30 per day),

FREE Wi-Fi internet, and TV with cable. There is A/C in the unit located in

Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the

the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring

Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.



The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,

soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The

Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the

lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,

saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Property

Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free

Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and

cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with

provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance
