Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. I slipped and fell by the pool the first day and banged up my knee. Breakfast was ok but not spectacular. Pancakes were probably the best part of breakfast. Evening drinks were good but snacks provided were lacking.

Room condition is great depending on location. Not a fan of the mandatory 60$ valet only but the breakfast and drinks make up a little bit if your a drinker

Definitely the customer service needs a real improvement. They should plan the staff accordingly for all the time knowing when it is high traffic and when it is low.

The complimentary breakfast alone is worth staying here fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start the day without worrying about extra costs. Everything was well-stocked, tasty, and clearly cared for. On top of that, the free drink tickets at 5:30 PM were such a nice bonus and really added to the overall experience. It felt welcoming and relaxed, not rushed or stingy. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. From check-in to breakfast service to the evening drinks, the staff made us feel appreciated and taken care of. An excellent stay all around we'd absolutely come back.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of 6, with a private living area. Location was perfect and breakfast was delicious! Also loved the daily reception with snacks and drinks. We will stay here again!

Room was great! No view, but we were on 4th floor so we were very close to buffet and pool. That was excellent! Buffet breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed! Close to shopping and the beach! Would stay here again.

The rooms were very old and not clean. Housekeeping did not do a great job cleaning them everyday. Garbage was not taken out, towels weren't replaced, washroom was dirty. I would never stay there again. The location was great but the hotel needs renovations and better cleaners.
