Quick and easy access. Parking and check in was fast. Conveniently located with lots of places to shop and dine. Great morning breakfast and awesome staff. Suites were very clean and spacious. Looking forward to stay again soon.

What this place has going for it is definitely location, it’s situated on the beach walk close to tons of restaurants and shopping! The beach is a 5 min walk across the store. The included breakfast and happy hour are definitely great enhancements to the stay. Now for the not so great. This hotel is huge and I feel for the amount of guest staying it can get very cramped in the dining hall and buffet area. I never used the pool because everyday there was no seats open and every square inch of the pool was full. It’s really a very tiny pool for such a big hotel. And the fact that some loungers/cabanas had to be rented is bonkers! Especially when you are already paying a “resort fee”. The elevators are a whole other issue as well. Sometimes it would take 5-10 min to get an elevator, they would pass and just be incredibly full. And when you’re on a high level it makes taking the stairs impossible or a chore. The rooms are clean and have nice decor and big tv’s that a plus especially since you can kind of tell it’s an older building they have renovated. Some things were off like the water not draining properly in the tub and our toilet feeling crooked and the tiny sinks. Overall pleasant stay but would definitely not stay there again. Would recommend maybe during not such a busy time of year as the summer.

I really liked the location to everything and Waikiki beach walking distance. Rooms were a good size for Waikiki and beds were comfortable. I didn’t like the complimentary breakfast which is included in the stay. It’s very basic and the eggs were constantly watery everyday. The sausage burnt and never served pancakes. There is an omelet station that takes forever but is okay. Very disappointed in the fresh fruit options, no berries always just pineapple and cantaloupe. The other downside is the valet fee extremely high, which since they only offer valet no self parking it shouldn’t cost more if you starting at the hotel. That added an additional $350 just in parking to my stay. I still tipped the valet drivers every time but then they put my out of pocket at $450 just for parking. It wasn’t their fault for the enormous parking fee and they were good to me. Other than that everything else was nice.

They include daily breakfast that includes an omelette bar. They have daily drinks that starts at 5:30pm with snacks and drinks for kids. Its a great family hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is super near by, including the beach.

My honest opinion, and this is our personal opinion my family, and I very unhappy with our stay for multiple reasons had to move to a new room. The biggest issue was the shower handle being broken and their water going from ice cold to burning hot and my young daughter getting burned but honestly, there was multiple issues with the rooms and the services provided but one thing I could definitely say is the staff were amazing but unfortunately, not worth the money and definitely would not be returning to this property
