Good Embassy Property

This is a nice Embassy Suites property. The breakfast service was above average and had some nice additions like rice, salad, and natto. Staff was really on top of cleaning up and turning over tables so there was plenty of seating. The hotel is well located for travel by foot, lots of great shops in the immediate vicinity. The front desk staff (I dealt with Cindy) was also very helpful and pleasant.

I got a king room and those are located by elevators which you hear every time they are used. Very annoying!!! Otherwise nice stay and great location!

Property was nice, staff was pleasant. Housekeeping was the only major negative. We stayed 9 nights, they dont come on the first night (fine) but the days they did come it was basically tucking our sheets in and putting new towels in thats it. Counters not cleaned or tidied. Floor not cleaned. We spent 5-6 days with spare shampoo/conditioner bottles on the bathtub corners because the ones on the wall had been empty when we arrived. It was only in the last few nights when the housekeeper changed that we got great housekeeping service. I just found it to be a bit ridiculous given the price of the stay + resort fees that they didnt do proper housekeeping due to obviously lazy staff. They need to check their staff quality more often. Again, whoever cleaned the place the last couple of days was excellent.

The location is great. It’s only a short 5min walk to the beach. Restaurants are all within walking distance.

We had a great stay, clean I had a great stay at Embassy Suites! The room was spacious and clean, with a separate living area that made it extra comfortable. The full complimentary breakfast was a highlight—plenty of hot options, including made-to-order omelets, bacon, and fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24 hour reception was a nice bonus. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-rounded stay!
