We were there a week and had no issues. Room was perfect and staff was always friendly and available…… but also not bothering us often. Will stay here again super convenient area. The parking fee is high but they have rentals on site I’d suggest using just to save the parking fee.

The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. The room we initially booked did not match the ocean view shown in the photos and was too small for our family of five. The staff were exceptional and super polite, and made the upgrade process easy, moving us to a larger room with a much better view for a fee. The new room was perfect for our two week stay. The buffet breakfast was great with an excellent range of food and drinks, and the evening social was a really nice touch, with coupons for four free drinks and snacks to unwind after a big day of adventures. I would highly recommend this hotel for families holidaying together.

Beautiful clean 2 room suite. Nice ocean view. Clean with great amenities. Close to beach, shopping and many restaurants. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful every morning! Was not expecting to be able to order an omelet how I wanted it. It is very walkable. Only thing I thought my room was going to be full ocean view, it was not. (I know first world problems) but my first time staying in Hawaii I was expecting as it was stated to have a full view. But I still had the best time, felt very safe as a solo traveler. Everyone was so very kind.

Everything was good except that there is only valet parking for the hotel which is $60 per day (FIY). So keep that in mind.! In the end, everything turned out good! I had a wonderful time, great location, breakfast, welcome drinks, valet parking was very convenient too! :) Highly recommend!

Loved our time at the Embassy Suites. Fantastic full breakfast. Nice facilities. Easy walk to the beach. Parking and the resort fee will set you back an additional $110 per day, but I would stay here again.
