I just want complain my reservation was partial view ocean room ! When arrived check in counter they said my room is face garden no ocean view ? If I want partial ocean view one day need extra charge $100 per day ! That is unfair but at the moment I don’t have choice paid $100 extra per day to have partial ocean view ! I need Expedia explain to me !

The best staff and hotel we have experienced anywhere! Talia at the front desk was so sweet and extremely helpful! She showed us to our room, walking us from the front desk. We never had that done before. She explained all the amenities the hotel had to offer and showed us where everything was in our room. If we needed anything, we always looked for Talia and behold she had the answer or showed us the way! A big shout out to Vin! She overheard that it was our birthday and offered us an upgrade/ bigger room to accommodate us! We loved the room and we had plenty of space! Thank you Vin! We want to shout out the general manager, Davide. He sent a bottle of champagne up to the room for my mom’s birthday! What a pleasant surprise! Alfredo at the pool gave great service! The housekeeping team was great too! Lastly, Chad at bell/ valet was so helpful and kind! He really helped me out our last night there and had a good last impression on how dedicated the staff are to making everyone feel special! We hope to visit again!

This hotel is stunning! The view of diamond head from our ocean front room was incredible! I loved all the thoughtful little details. This property is very modern but also warm and inviting. The location is walking distance to many luxury shops & restaurants. Highly recommend!

The room, the staff, the pool, the food, the location was all fantastic. What was not fantastic was the gym (a converted very small conference room with only 2 of 3 treadmills functional) and the overnight parking charge ($70).

Beautiful clean hotel with the best customer service we have ever experienced. Every staff person was kind and helpful and went out of their way to assist with everything. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the pool was gorgeous with little touches like complimentary snacks and water. The hotel location was ideal and the views are gorgeous. We would highly recommend and would come back.
