Stayed overnight between flights. Convenient location but hotel and rooms very tired and worn. Has seen better days. Carpet looked and felt like it needs a good shampoo. Shuttle service to and from airport was very good. Staff very helpful and polite. Easy & quick check in and check out.

The shuttle service this property provides is not worth bothering with. The drivers are rude and they throw your luggage in and then throw other peoples luggage on top of yours. Then when they reach the hotel, they virtually throw it out the bus. They "appreciate" US1 per bag, but the driver we had to the hotel and the other driver we had in the morning back from hotel got nothing from anyone, mainly because of their attitude and they way they handled everyone's luggage. The front desk staff were nice, but they had one person on the front desk and we had to wait ages to be booked in. The food they had was really nice, but the prices they charged for what you got were a bit over the top. I would not book here again, just because of the shuttle driver, the wait at the front desk and rooms were very out dated and small.

The hotel was nice and the rooms clean and nicely designed. The beds were not great, the least comfortable ones during my stay in Hawaii. Otherwise I was very happy with the hotel.
