I have never been to a hotel so unaccommodating. I believe it’s because it’s gotten so big. They have zero customer service and zero ability to care for guests. Our room had a beautiful view. It was oceanfront, however, rundown and tattered. The staff seems so overworked and uncaring. Not the experience we’re hoping for.

Room was dirty with nails on the ground when we first got in. Needed to ask staff twice until this was resolved almost 18 hours later. Hotel staff was nice however the people working at the stores (with the exception of ABC stores) were rude and not in the mood to work. Some stores were harassing customers to try to sell skincare products. Beach is not private and you need to pay for sun beds. Pools are not clean. Overall felt like a 3 star hotel rather than a 5 star hotel. Not worth the price.

Parking was $89 per night for self parking on top of 500 dolar per night rooms. Was upgraded to a much worse room than what we prepaid for, was told they overbooked so we had no choice but to take it or be without a room, no discount offered.. Water slide is only open for 2 hours per day, my son was so disappointed that with the long lines at the slide and its extremely limited availability. Almost no staff at pool. Entire area is filled with large number of homeless people walking everywhere thru the resort area. Do not recommend, very overpriced for what you recieve.

We always have the best time here! It’s a larger resort with everything you need and right on the beach. I wish they did a bit more for the New Year’s Eve event but there were a ton of things to do and see in walking distance. Once again we had a great time in Hawaii!

No breakfast was provided. The facility/room is not kind of outdated even on the website indicates its newly renovated. The bathroom door can't even properly locked and was a little bit damaged. The main door don't have the security lock. The check-in staff was not friendly; Not willing to help the customers at all. The long is extremely long, takes about one hour.

This hotel has it all. Multiple pools, restaurants, so many activities. Our stay in the Tapa Tower was nice. I think when I read it was newly renovated I expected the bathroom to be a bit more updated. The paint seemed worn and our door to the hallway looked old and had a hard time closing. Our room upon check in wasn't totally clean. I found trash on the floor and an old razor in the shower. That said, it was a great spot for a quick trip with three teenagers. Our kids could go off and be completely entertained on their own. I loved the beach chair/umbrella option and would recommend doing that every day!

Clean and staff was nice but I wish this place was an all inclusive resort. So much to do but it’s too expensive so didn’t do most of the things in the resort.

The main dinning room was closed Sunday and Monday. What! The quick store for food was sooooo mis managed. Not a good experience overall.

Supposed to have private check in. It was not open when we arrived at 1pm? Gym was closednin our building. Private pool for the hotel was very dated and in poor condition.
