Charging a resort fee is ridiculous. The items you offered in the resort fee in no way justified the charges. On the positive side, house keeping and front desk were very friendly and professional. By not including the resort fee in the price per night you are low balling cost per night.

Ocean view was stunning from 34th floor. King room was ample in size and very clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfortable. Complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. Were useful to have with us for touring and sightseeing. Front desk staff were very attentive and helpful.

Bathroom tub dirty furniture old lots of scratches,wall need pairing, small pool , hot tub smells chlorine, to get to beach you have to cross street, ocean floor racky so bring water shoes, small beach, noisy neighbors, that doing construction next door

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to everything. The staff was superb, especially Joe at check in and Tess at Shor at the breakfast buffet. Thank you for being so kind to us. Our room with the ocean view was beautiful and the mini suite was the best around for the price. The only area needing some work are the repairs that need moved along. The elevators, our room safe, the shower head. But overall is still a great place to stay.
