Rude staff. Cockroaches at the bar in visible traps. Peeling paint. Loud construction. Dirty towels. Too bad. It used to be my favorite hotel.

Gorgeous hotel and great location. Our room was on the street side and came with a noise machine but after one night there, we understood why. Street noise is a thing.

This was our first time to Oahu and the experience was so good, property was great, but the street noise was loud.Our room was small and walls between the rooms thin. We could hear everything the neighbors said.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was simply perfect. We had an amazing time and have already decided that this will be our go-to hotel for our next visit to Hawaii.
