We had “ocean front” room which is excellent, and breakfast was good. Room was spotless & housekeeping came each day, working around our schedule. From the time we checked in, staff seemed to know our names and gave great service. Two times front desk staff left the front desk to help us. Only downside was the hotel’s Monkeypod restaurant had loud music at dinner - we preferred other restaurants for dinner.

Overall it is good for the price that we paid. The water station on 17th floor looks very old (needs to be replaced), so we went to the Lobby to get drinking water.

Food at the Monkeypod was terrible. Cold pizza and cold wilted fries with poor service. Waitresses that were unhappy. Dont make this mistake we made of eatting there because its convenient since we stayed there.
