Great location and view from the balcony. Close to the beach and multiple boutiques and restaurants. Genltre yoga was offered ny a great instructor every morning and was done on the beach on clear days. Only complaint was.lack of a jacuzzi, and the pool wasn't heated.

Stayed one night before cruise and one night after cruise. Rooms were clean, staff very courteous. On the 2nd night visit February 7, 2026 we got a strong marijuana smell in our room through the vents at night and then again in the morning

Parking fees are outrageous and not mentioned… room was clean but needed major touch ups (wall paper peeling off, air vents not cleaned) etc. what we did enjoy was proximity to Waikīkī and delicious buffet breakfast !

Review based on ROOM 1117. Small dated worn out rooms. Very noisy. Poor craftsmanship, 1/2 size tiny bath shower, that the shower head fell off hit my wife in the head No microwave. The saff not overly friendly, pool small pool towels in the basement. The pro: close to the beach and shopping. Daily on-site activities and kids game room.. 5 Stars + for housekeeping on the 11th floor.
