The staff were all great and the hotel was very clean. However, this “resort” is so dated and run down looking. No microwave in our room just wasn’t acceptable. The one on the second floor available to guests wouldn’t pop a bag of popcorn! It took forever to heat anything up! The carpeting in the corridors of the hotel are worn so thin. Not worth the savings. It costs us an additional $461 to park in their garage and an additional $800 in hotel fees. Would not stay here again. I was very disappointed as were the 5 other people I traveled with.

Walking distance was good to the beach, the room had a funky smell. Every room seemed to smell musky. May be the carpets but not sure, air conditioning was poor in some rooms, dated furniture and carpet, etc., noisy and we reported it but nothing changed, only the cleaning staff was friendly, restaurant in the hotel was good and friendly, foyer seemed clean and open,

Elevator from the parking garage “shuts off” at 9pm. I have a disability. Having suitcases to lug up the stairs…seriously awful experience. A huge tour group was “hanging out” in the elevators, when we did finally manage to make it to the lobby.

Rooms unhygienic, but staff is great

The rooms were cramped especially the bathroom. The room had an AC which made a loud humming noise and the rooms themselves were very unhygienic with a pungent smell, carpets with stains, the beds were smaller than a queen, the room was also poorly lit. The complimentary breakfast was really good containing lots of healthy options and the staff was very kind and understanding as well as having prompt room service, the location is also in a prime spot.

Nice stay, great location.

Great location in a very high traffic central part of Waikiki. The noise level is pretty intense at all times of the day and night, so if you’re looking for quiet, this may not be it for you. The property is a bit dated and some minor updates, for example perhaps replacing the showerhead and other simple updates would be beneficial. Overall, it was a decent day for a couple of days.
