A great placed managed but genuine and great people. ot a luxury hotel but for a change the accomodation was great and peacefull.

Bemüht aber leider...
Keine Rezeption, Buchung nicht gefunden, kein Wort Englisch, kein Wort Deutsch, Appartement ok, nur von sauber zu sprechen wäre ein Hohn für alle andren Hotels wo wir je waren, Betten ok, das extra Haus wo wir untergebracht waren, war offenbar das Wohnhaus der Betreiberfamilie, was soviel heisst wie: Um 23:00, wenn die das Restaurant dicht gemacht hatten, kamen sie unter lautem Getöse heim, schlafen Fehlanzeige, die übrigen Mieter waren die Arbeiter der Umgebung also um 7:00 selbes Spiel wieder - habt Acht im Bett!, Badezimmer eine Frechheit an Sauberkeit, es gibt nicht mal einen einzigen Haken für ein Handtuch, null Ablageflächen - übrigens wie im ganzen Appartement: NULL Kästen für Gewand ausser einer sandigen Kommode, danke! War mein Fehler, das zu buchen, hätte wissen sollen, dass im tiefsten Tschechien die Standards anders sind aber die Rezensionen sagten anderes. Achja: Frühstück um 9:00 oder gar nicht, Flexibilität für den Gast, Fehlanzeige, weil sie verstehens ja nicht. Von der Unterbringung der armen Tiere dort, der Tiersauberkeit etc. red ich gar nicht frage mich dann aber, wo unsre heiligen EU-Standards hingekommem sind! Alles in allem eine Enttäuschung!
