Úžasné místo na odpočinek

Penzion je na krásném místě s úzasným výhledem, terasou, wellness, kuchařem a personálem. Dovolenou jsme si krásně užili, personál byl velmi milý a nápomocný. Doporučil bych však hotelu vyměnit jejich rezervační/účtovací systém jelikož bude asi velmi složitý a práci personálu jen ztěžoval. Večeře nebyly nejlevnější, ale za to byly výborné. Wellness je placené, ale stojí za to. Cena by ale také mohla být příznivější.

NEJEZDĚTE DO HOTELU MARTIŇÁK - špatné zkušenosti

Nekompetentní personál, který dopředu sděluje, že tam jeho kompetence a možnosti vám pomoct jsou omezené. Problémy s rezervačním systémem přes Trivago a Hotels.com - dostávají prý mylné informace a pak svévolně ruší pobyt, aniž by klienta kontaktovali. Tak se může stát, že budete stát s rodinou v lese před hotelem 4km od civilizace, kde není telefonní signál, bez ubytování a vzhledem k obsazenosti okolních ubytovacích kapacit bude dosti složité zajistit jiné ubytování. Pokoje čisté , rozbitá toaleta (utržené sedátko WC). Snídaně formou švédských stolů - nefungující kávovar V hotelu je pouze špatně fungující wifi ale NENÍ TELEFONNÍ SIGNÁL!!!! Cena zcela jistě neodpovídá kvalitě nabízených služeb. ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI. Nemá cenu riskovat zkaženou dovolenou v tomto hotelu.
