You will find luxury bedding and a nice selection of sleeping pillows for a wonderful night's sleep! This property is walk in level, but due to the topography of the land, you walk out the living room French doors and you are up high on your own full width private covered balcony ..... the views are stunning of the lake and mountains...what a fabulous place for your morning coffee and conversations or to unwind in the evening.

For Those That Like To Dine In, This Villa Has A Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, Breakfast Bar and Dining Table for four people. Custom accent lighting in the kitchen under all upper kitchen cabinets add to the ambience. We offer a Keurig coffeemaker that makes Kcups as well as a full pot option. The coffee bar provides coffees for both, sugars and creamer. Not That Anyone Wants To Do Laundry On Vacation...But Just In Case, There Is A Washer/Dryer For Your Convenience. Amenities include a pool in the development & Parking for two cars right at the front door.

It was one of the best homes I have rented. Everything was explained in detail, nice furnishings and decor. I especially liked the parking without any steps, really good for my sister that has trouble with steps or stairs. Location was convenient for dining and entertainment.

Comfort for the whole family

The property was beautiful and decorated perfect. We had a very relaxing and enough space for our family. We enjoyed the pool, tub, and balcony. Every night, we played board games in the spacious living room. Kay was very responsive to questions during our stay!

Great location and very clean with a full stocked kitchen to those who want to cook a few meals while on vacation. Kay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. If we are ever back in Hot Springs we will definitely stay here again!

Father In Law 71st Birthday Vacation.

We were very pleased and impressed with the decor of the condo. Looked exactly like the pictures. The check in was easy no hassle. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions. We will be using this and her other properties for our next visit. Great view of the Lake Hamilton and the mountains. My parents truly enjoyed their stay. Will recommend her to other family that will be visiting Hot Springs. Kay was the best host I have ever dealt with. Thank you and will use you in the future! 5 star treatment!!!

Stayed in the condo for a long weekend. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Parking is right at the door which is a plus for me. Kay answered all questions promptly and went beyond what most owners do to help with an issue with internet connection. Very quiet and well appointed condo. Highly recommend!
