Come see us and enjoy life in Hot Springs Village on our secluded cove on Lake Cortez with the natural landscape of trees, hills, and an opportunity to see many kinds of wildlife.
We have a covered dock for your boat and know you will enjoy the lake front views from our Arkansas room. Lake Cortez is the best fishing lake in Hot Springs Village! Catch them right from our dock or out on the lake.
Our house has four bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. The master bedroom and two other bedrooms are located on the main floor. The fourth bedroom, with two queen beds, tv, microwave, mini fridge, table and chairs, and half bath, is located on the bottom floor with access only through a secure keypad entry on lakeside. Our home sleeps 10 people. The main floor feels spacious with an open living room area and a large table for eight. We have an additional table with four more chairs in the Arkansas Room. Our glass enclosed porch allows you to enjoy the beauty of the lake throughout the year. Our deck is large and has two tables which seat eight people as you relax with your morning coffee or a beverage of your choice in the evenings. Our sunrises and sunsets are incredible. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a dinner for a large group or a small intimate one. Our house has four TVs for everyone to enjoy time together with two large sofas or time apart when desired. We have 2400 square feet and a .45-Acre lakefront lot with 97 feet of seawall.
Enjoy the numerous recreational amenities Hot Springs Village has to offer. We are just minutes away from golf courses, the tennis center, pickleball courts, hike and bike trails, beaches, swimming pool, lawn bowling, bocce, and the fitness center. We are about 30 minutes from the world renowned tourist attractions and shopping of Hot Springs.

Wonderful stay

The house was great and pretty good size for my group of 9. The house was in a cul de sac which was also nice and the location for the lake was great as well, it made it really nice for us to swim and fish without having to worry about boats going by. Hope to stay here again.
