Nice house but dated

Nice house, was clean but needs new carpet, lots of stains. Huge one just as you come in the door so a little off-putting. Extremely limited items in the home as far as dishes and towels so be prepared to bring your own stuff. Beds are not very comfortable. Took 2 weeks to get pet deposit back due to some 2 week rule waiting for fleas and odors to show up. Leasing company is not the greatest. They were rude and not very helpful. Acted as if you were a big bother when you asked them questions. Said they sent emails that never arrived.

Great Location, But……

Property access and return of keys requires a 50 minute round trip drive not mentioned in listing, so checkout is actually 9:00 AM not 10:00 ($25 fee for every 30 mins past 10:00 at drop off agents office).. Listing agent not customer friendly. As a previous VRBO rental owner, a lock box/door with code entry would be a simple, cheap solution. Property needs a deep cleaning (cobwebs, dusty, ashtray on deck full, deck covered in deep leaves, cigarette butt left on brick at entry way, carpet very stained, smells musty). Location, layout, ice machine, cable tv/Wi-Fi are all pluses.

Guiet, wooded and private. Large comfortable living area

Hot water did not work in kitchen or guest bathroom the first night. Only worked on the master. It was fixed the next day, I did ask to be compensated and ask for the manager to call me and no one call and I was not compensated. The DVD player did not work and 1 of the keys to front door did not work. I would suggest leaving instructions on how to work the tv, DVD player and roku in master bedroom. Also would suggest leaving the tv channel guide in the living room.
