Anglers Cove on Lake Balboa

Enjoy your time in this spacious, single level, vacation home on Lake Balboa. There are two Master Bedrooms in this home, one with a King bed, one with a Queen. In the third bedroom there is a Queen bed, and 2 twin beds in the fourth bedroom. Plenty of room for the whole family! Take a swim, fish to your hearts content, or relax and enjoy the lake and the backyard water feature from the beautiful back patio. There is a Flat Screen TV, Free WiFi and Cable to catch up on your favorite shows, or watch a good movie! There is also a fully equipped Kitchen, including a Keurig Coffee Maker and a nice BBQ grill to make all your favorite meals. This house is a wonderful place to vacation.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

INSIDE THE VILLAGE -

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
