Family fun

This property was perfect for our needs. We went with our adult children and my in laws. The home is older but was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the water front and caught so many brim we had a fish fry and were releasing after the first day. Hot Springs Village amenities were amazing from a beach, hiking trials, pickleball courts, golf, and much more fun for all ages! The area was beautiful!! Although we did have some issues with communication, cleanliness and some items in need of repair I would stay here again.

Short Weekend Stay

Overall the house was great! Either I missed it or it wasn’t listed that one of the beds was just a loft bed and another bedroom/bathroom was actually outside and downstairs. However, it worked for us. Very comfortable stay and whomever I was speaking with was quick to get back to us. Definitely would stay again. The location and view was beautiful.

Brothers get together with wives

It was comfortable but needs updating. We had a great time fishing and time alone with family. Now that all of brothers are in our 60's, it doesn't take much for us to enjoy each other. It's a very nice cozy place to enjoy family. ❤️💯❤️ K.C.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

This was a very comfortable house in a quiet cove overlooking the lake. We loved how we all had separate spaces to hang out. We had plenty of room and everything was easily accessible.

This place had space to easily handle our 7 adults for a family gathering. Beautiful scenery and pleasant outdoor deck. Dining area seats 8. We played board games and ate in it. Very appreciative of owner for good price.

Our Spring break

It was a beautiful house with a great view. My only concern was the washer and dryer did not work very well, but we managed. I would absolutely stay here again. The host was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

A quiet, comfortable getaway

The property was very comfortable; we especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the outdoor gas grill. As family reuniting from three different areas, we just wanted a quiet place to relax and enjoy one another; this place was great for that. We would highly suggest updating kitchen pots and pans; the ones there were “non-stick” worn to the base metal and they all needed a good scrubbing. There wasn’t a large pot so we had to buy a 5-qt to accommodate all of us. Otherwise the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect getaway

This was a great little lake house getaway. Perfect time of year. We literally watched the leaves change color over the week we were there. Quiet, relaxing. Some of the kitchen utensils could be updated and it is a well loved unit; but for the price and the location, it is a real value property. working fireplace, boat dock, it even has a kayak (make sure you sign the waiver and connect on that before you go. it'll be worth it). Todd and Kristy were both communicative and organized. Was a great vacation
