We aim to make your stay as special and memorable as possible. Our home is stocked with cleaning products, luxury linens, extra pillows, hangers, and more. Our guest service agents are available to assist you promptly with any questions or issues.

★ HOUSE RULES ★

1. We Require ALL guests to sign the Rental Agreement upon booking and submit a $500 security hold that will be released upon checkout.
2. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Our max occupancy is 15 guests. Anything over 15 guests is subject to $1,000 fine. Any guests over 15 without approval is subject to cancellation of reservation.
3. PARKING: Max of 4-5 cars allowed on the property depending on the size. No Street parking allowed.
4. No smoking anywhere on the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Any Outdoor smoking must be cleaned up and discarded.
5. No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests, you will be charged $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.
6. No pets allowed. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you bring a pet without authorization you will be charged $500.00 and an additional $250.00 ozone and cleaning fee and evicted immediately.
7. No Shoes allowed in the house: We provide complimentary slippers to all adult guests to enjoy your stay.
8. Do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide grey towels to remove makeup as your makeup will stain the (white) towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.
9. The boat is not available for guest use. Guests are strictly prohibited from touching, tampering with, or using the boat under any circumstances. No diving is allowed from the dock or ramp.
10. There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the house only for security purposes and to confirm the number of guests.
