The unit is fully fenced and accessed via automated gate.



The Space:

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one office room fitted with a full size pull out couch.



Note: There’s a nearby university that features live band music on some evenings. Many guests enjoy the lively local atmosphere and the music adds to the neighborhood’s charm. However, if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it at night — we provide earplugs for extra comfort.



Guest Access:

Access code will be sent on the day of check in. Send me a note if you prefer it sooner.



Parking: Since it is a new listing, we have updated the parking instructions to make it easier to park. Please read it carefully. You can park one car in the front of the building in your assigned lot. If you have second car, it can be parked in the assigned garage in the back. Standard cars can fit in the garage. We can only accommodate two cars in the property. There is additional parking on the side streets. Unfortunately, parking is not allowed in our street.



Absolutely no parking/stopping in the driveway.

Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40.

🚭 Please no smoking anywhere inside the property — a $500 fee applies if this rule is broken.



🐾 Pets are welcome, just please ensure they don’t cause any damage. Also pickup after them when you walk them outside. No one likes to see pet waste on the ground.



🔊 Be mindful of noise - there are guests living in the unit below you. No jumping or stomping on the floor.



🧴 Kindly use makeup wipes instead of towels or sheets — stains may result in extra charges.



🚗 Park only in your designated spot — Parking in the driveway is prohibited at all times. The driveway is shared with guests in the back.



🍽️ Please no eating in the beds — this helps us keep linens fresh and clean.
