The RV offers an efficient living space spanning approximately 150 +- square feet, making it ideal for those who appreciate a cozy yet functional setup. Situated in a prime location, you’ll enjoy easy access to the vibrant life of Houston at an incredible value.
This unique property works a little differently than traditional homes—it’s an efficiency RV setup, offering an affordable way to stay right in the heart of the city. Please note: if you’re considering this home for a short-term stay and are the type to seek fee waivers for minor inconveniences, this may not be the right fit for you. However, if you value a great deal and are ready to embrace a bit of adventure, you'll love it here. So for what you consider a minor inconvenience, it is already built into the price. Upon arrival if you are NOT happy we will refund your $$ completely, however at this price, if you check in, there will be NO further discounts. If your MO is to complain to get $$ back, this property is NOT for you, please go somewhere else.
We've addressed previous concerns, and we're committed to ensuring your comfort, just let us know if the holding tank or propane needs a swap, and we'll handle it promptly. If this sounds like your kind of place, then let's get you checked in and settled!
Driveway and parking in the back is very tight compact cars only! NO TRUCKS, SUV, VAN'S ETC. If you car will not fit in the drive/parking space you will need to pay for parking in the pay for parking lot next door!!

For long term stays maid service is not provided. You will have to take sheets to the laundromat yourself. Additional supplies can be purchased at Walmart nearby.

DO NOT BOOK! The host was "not" attentive at all. False advertisement/listing. I get that over time things wear down but this place was my worst Vrbo stay ever. If it were not for me being forced to pick a star, it would not get even one. "If you love yourself and your skin, do not, i repeat do not book this place. I was infected with ringworm. This place is "Unsanitary". The ceiling even leaked and daaged my gear and clothing my last day there.
Soaked clothes from leaky ceiling.
Trash in the place when I first got there.
Left for me to clean.
Let from person before.
