There were a few hiccups with the elevator not coming up to my floor even though I could hear it servicing other floors. Then my parking pass wouldn’t scan so I had to continuously use the help button for entry and exit. Overall, great hotel and comfortable room.

I had a room with bathroom issues. Know didn't work and water was extremely hot. We moved to another room which was a room with indoor door separating another room so we felt like no privacy at all you could hear anything for the other guests.

Good location. Bed was comfortable & hotel was quiet. Maintenance, housekeeping and general service were below par. Room AC didn’t work, but did get fixed. Coffee was available in room, but no cups provided. No coffee available in lobby. Towels were taken after first night, but new ones weren’t returned. Fitness room was pretty dingy.
