I think the hotel is trying to make money because I been to lots of hotels. This is the first one that charge for the parking! They don’t offer slippers for guests. For things like toothpaste or toothbrush you have to wait a like in the front desk for it or call them which is wait like more than one hour before they come to help you out!

When we arrived we were told our room was booked and they “upgraded” us to a King Suite but it was really crowded and one of us had to sleep on a pullout couch considering how much we paid for the room. When checking out my family and I had to wait a long time for the elevators to work. We realized only one elevator worked and the hotel was completely booked. So everytime the elevator arrived to our floor it was completely full of people. After waiting so long we decided to use the stairs and our mother had a hard time going down 10 flights of stairs. I addressed the issue with the clerk at checkout and she was really defensive. She took our information down and stated the manager will be contacting us but we never heard anything. Otherwise considering it was spring break i understand technical difficulties but it was difficult bringing luggage down 10 flights of stairs.

Had a great time at this property! While it needs some renovations, the staff seriously made up for what was lacking. Also, the hotel is in a convenient area with a plethora of food and shopping areas to explore within a mile. Highly recommend for a getaway trip

The alarm kept going off and front desk was going to send someone up to check on it and never showed up. We waited for an hour. Unacceptable behavior from your staff. Never staying at a Hilton again.
