the breakfast was ok, probably a few extra things will help, we loved the location since we were going to Astros game and also was near the metrorail which we use for NRG stadium, i know it is downtown but the parking was a little bit expensive 50 dlls per night, we stayed 3 nights so was 150 extra, other than that everything was perfect, the staff even suggest some near by places which we appreciate

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Due to my flight out of Houston, I asked for an extra hour for check out and it was no issue. Breakfast and coffee was what you would expect so it was fine. Location was perfect for going to the ballpark. No complaints.

This is a new property so it was immaculate. The staff is young but so helpful and nice. Smells new still. It is really nice, accessible. Rooms are a good size as well. Will definitely consider for any other downtown stays in the future.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Cleanliness
Stay literally anywhere else but here if you want a hot shower and a warm room. Takes about 15 minutes for your shower to heat up to BARELY lukewarm. But it never gets hot, or even close to it. Nor does the sink if you want to wash your face. Turned the heater on to warm my room and it only blows cold air. Even had a maintenance person come and look at it and still just blowing cold air. Checking out tomorrow. Can’t wait to leave! Which is a shame because the hotel itself is very clean and beautiful and great location. But a hot shower and warm room (or cool if you want it cool) is the most basic, very least amenity to expect and they can’t even deliver on that.

I stayed here for three nights cleaning stuff never cleaned my room. I had to track a Cleaning Lady to get towels so we can take a shower horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody if there was less than one star I would give them. And when we were checking out, I mentioned that to the GERMAN at the front desk all he said he’s gonna email the Cleaning manager didn’t even apologize.
