I opened my sofa bed and the mattress was soaked in urine. Within minutes the whole room smelled disgusting! Called front desk and 15 min had passed and still no one had came to my room. I go downstairs and the guy at the front desk said I needed to wait for the engineer to come look at my room and see what he could do and I said let him know we’ve been waiting for and the room is smelling horribly by the minute! and to make matters worse it was already 1030pm! I felt so disrespected and upset bc this man just kept saying over and over I can’t help you and that there’s not much they can do! We are a family of 6 and they wanted to move half us to the 8th floor and half of us to the 2nd floor. I asked for a refund and I was told they couldn’t give me a refund and we ended up in a smaller room and only got a $40 credit for the restaurant indoors! Worse experience ever at a hotel and I’ll never stay there again!

Property is was easy to find and check in went well. Beautiful lobby with restaurant and waterfall feature. Entire place is very clean. It is right next to the airport so if you are sensitive to noise I would suggest using a sound app on your phone to block the planes. It's not horrible and didn't bother us but some might not like.

The lady checking in people was training and it was just not a good time or idea. She was saying the wrong things to people because she was trying to do too many things at One time and it affected the people checking in. It is also an insult to be treated as a second class citizen when the Southwest folks walk up. Our money is just as green as theirs.

Great Experience

Kingston at check in provided such an excellent experience. It’s so lovely to start one’s travel experience on such a positive note. The fitness center was beautiful and well-kept, as was my room. The parking situation was quite easy, which I also really appreciated.
