Just an 'okay' stay

Cons: Our room was definitely a 'smoking' room from back in the day. It smelt so bad. The view from our window was less than ideal - the hotel's rooftop is in pretty rough shape. The vents in the room were pretty gross looking too. We ended up staying Super Bowl Sunday and our room's TV kept turning off on it's own. The lobby itself only had 3 televisions which appeared smaller than our room's TV so we just stayed in. There really isn't any food in walking distance. Pro: The interior looked nice, the pool and facilities inside appeared clean and taken care of. The staff were all professional and helpful. The shuttle service was great - friendly driver, easy to use and accommodating. The airport was maybe a 4 minute drive from the hotel.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The shower was the best hotel shower I've ever used. The staff is super friendly, and the hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if I need to stay by the Houston airport.

As soon as we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. Their customer service was excellent! The hotel was very tidy, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that, even though it was close to the highway, it was quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I’ll definitely come back again!

Excellent hotel if you need to be in the Hobby Airport area or South Houston in general. Room was great. Breakfast was definitely good. The concierge room deal that included the M Club was kind of ok, but they said hor deurves at a certain time and all we saw was some free soft drinks, coffee and trail mix and some candies. Was nice to have access to Cappuccino and Espresso anytime, and the deal included breakfast so it was worth it, but they may want to consider adding free chicken wings to their evening snack thing that they do.

The staff was polite but one staff member was not fully aware of what should and should not been done when applying the transaction for the room and damage fees. I was double charged for damage fees. My room did not have working heat nor air. My bed had hair all over the sheets as though my bed linen was never changed after the previous tenants. The hair was more like pubic hair or someone had shaved and left the hair in the bed on the sheets. Hair was in the sink and tub. A piece of toilet paper was under the sink when I arrived in the room and after the housekeeper cleaned the room the same piece of paper remained under the sink. There was no complimentary water nor any to purchase in the room. There was also no coffee in the room as usual. I spoke with front desk and the only response I was given was they were sorry and to just call and complain. I only wanted them to fix the problem so maybe I will return for my next stay in Houston in March 2025 there, but not this one because they didn’t try to fix the problems.

Staff was great , I didn’t get the room I booked for but the staff made sure me and my guest got free breakfast for our two nights for the inconvenience, so I can’t complain! Overall stay was 5starts !!

It is a beautiful hotel! It was a peaceful comfy stay the in room dining never worked the calls wouldn’t go through so we went to the restaurant and ate there food was really good all employees very friendly
