I booked a king size bed and got a double bedroom, cable was not working and when I reported it they said that there wasn’t anyone from maintenance available and the worst part is that house keeping did not make up the room. Really surprised with all this challenges that I had in my stay.

The hotel was very accessible and the area around it was clean and it felt safe. Walkable distance to the famous galleria mall. The room itself was clean, beddings and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast offering was a bit limited as compared to other places we have stayed at. The staff was helpful and courteous. Just fyi, there is no self parking in this hotel. The valet service was efficient. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice place to stay. Be prepared to pay for valet parking when you get there. We were not aware of that ahead of time. We thought the parking would just be standard with your stay. Great Wagu burgers across the street at Burger Palace.
