Houston Weekend

Spacious house with plenty of beds. Nice quiet neighborhood. Couple of issues I had was during the check-in process. Wrong address was listed on the Vrbo so we initially went to the wrong house. Fortunately, the host quickly responded and directed us to the correct property. Upon entering, the front door and back door to the garage were not locked so I had to check all the rooms to make sure there wasn’t anybody there. Overall, I would stay here again.

The property manager was really responsive and nice which was great! But the bed in the master bedroom was extra firm which made it hard to sleep. The mosquitos in the area are horrible, we couldn’t go outside without being swarmed with mosquitos. And upon arrival the baseboards were visibly dirty, there were a few cosmetic issues where paint was peeling in chunks off the walls, which the property manager did offer to come in and fix the next day. The stay was not bad and the property manager was effective with communication. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t have a remote we told him and he brought us a bigger TV with a remote the next day which was very nice.
