It is rustic and charming. Does not provide modern amenities such as soft shower towels, no phone in room to communicate to front desk, no WI-FI included, no iron board available, or iron boards with irons in room and room lighting after hours is low. We were there for a wedding in a separate hotel so some these items were necessary for us to prepare for the event.

The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

El lugar es hermoso, es lo que vale más la pena, está rodeado de vegetación y ruinas, realmente impresionante. Nuestra habitación estaba muy linda pero el baño súper básico, podría decir que feo. Lo más lamentable fue la comida, de muy mala calidad y un precio que no corresponde para nada a la calidad.

Mi experiencia en el hotel Hotel San Miguel Regla fue bastante decepcionante. Reservé dos noches pero terminé quedándome solo una. Entiendo que es un hotel rústico, pero la alberca estaba completamente verde y la televisión no funcionaba. El sábado a las 7:00 am encendieron una bomba muy ruidosa para limpiar la alberca, lo que arruinó el descanso. Lo más frustrante fue la actitud del staff: al comentar que me iría antes y explicar los problemas, la respuesta fue simplemente “ah, bueno”, sin interés alguno en mejorar la experiencia. La comida no es mala, pero el servicio es muy lento. Recomiendo mejor desayunar en Casa Colibrí, que está cerca y es mucho mejor. No lo recomendaría para un fin de semana de descanso.

El hotel es antiguo y se le nota, las habitaciones no están en buenas condiciones, urge cambiar Los colchones, pero en cambio los arbolados espaciosos y hermosísimos jardines llenos de las ruinas de la hacienda hacen que todo se mejore, en verdad es una experiencia maravillosa pasar una o dos noches en este lugar!
