It is a budget hotel so it is pretty good for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed were however rock-hard. Like 0 comfortable but since we only stayed 2 nights that was okay. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice and convenient hotel.

We were generally very satisfied by our three-night stay in this hotel. The price was excellent and the service from the hotel staff was great. They recommended very nice places for eating and going out and they arranged for us tours. We used the laundry service which was very efficient and cheap. The local area at the moment is not great because their is construction taking place nearby, so there is a lot of noise and dust. There was good WiFi signal in our room. We would have liked it if there was an extra chair in the room as well as a waste bin in the bedroom.

Fabulous staff

Amazing service received from hotel staff. Tran arranged airport taxi and also a driver to take us from Hue to Hoi An taking in places we requested to visit on the way, it was brilliant and we really appreciated his help.

Great hotel in the middle of Hue

Great hotel at a good value in a very convenient location. The front desk was very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Some very good restaurants in the area too. I would stay here again.
