We needed new sheets the day we arrived due to the ones provided were still with sand and dust. When housekeeping brought the new ones the woman wasn't too amicable about bringing new sheets. The bed also caused my wife to itch at night. The power went out at least once every 2 days for less then an hour (I blame LUMA for that). There is a cold spot on the bottom of the stairs which condenses the moisture creating a slip hazard, we figured a towel would suffice but it should be looked into. The room had 2 lightbulbs that didnt work one in the couch and the other on the balcony, the rest were dim and worn out. The front desk staff are super nice and helpful. They handled all of our questions and requests with attention to detail and a smile.

Master Room had a broken toilet lid. The A/C was not able to be changed so the rooms were either too hot (if you turned it off) or too cold because we couldn’t adjust it. Pool closed early and there wasn’t anyone at the swim up bar. Restaurants close too early too for those site seeing and getting back late.

2/5 overall As a former Road Warrior with over 6,000 hotel stays during my 40 year of traveling DO NOT STAY HERE, OVERPRICE , for condition of unit. Do NOT suggest to anyone who stays at a modern day hotel like Hampton Inn Multiple cockroaches several alive, unit was old and needed a rehab, no modern day conveniences, just the minim basic outlets and have were taken by lights. Parking issues nothing near the unit, $25 for lot close to unit Staff at front desk rude, switch to Spanish as I was standing at desk, didn’t know I speak and understand Spanish. Unit was like a super 8 or motel 6 in the US

Had to call maintenance to lower air conditioner. He was very nice n patient. No hand or face towels in any of the washrooms. Asked for kettle to boil water and they gave us a pot. Our joint guests in next room had no soap or sharp pops in one of the bathroom.

A beautiful place to be villa was amazing felt like home not really a lot to do over there just pool & the beach is okay rough water and it small . You will need a car to get around because it more in the country side

My husband and I stay at Park Royal was nice. I like all the amenities that provided. We stayed in room C1046 and when we first walked in there was a smell damp smell. The last day of being there, in the one of the rooms water was coming coming from somewhere.

The property need updating! The Villa (1021) that I stayed, the master bath tub was rusty and the floor tiles were missing grout and the surface was very rough. The kitchen fridge had a broken shelve and the cabinets were very old. The Villa inside looks very run down!
