Very clean. However the room and bathroom are very small. No space to put luggage except in the floor and needed to be careful not to trip over it. Close to Osaka train station.

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of it. Close to main train station and lots of dining options. 711 right at entrance. We found it quiet in our room. Great views

The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay in this hotel. Universal Studios was within walking distance and this made it very convenient. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel if you are in Osaka for USJ.

The room was dirty, very obvious stains, and hair in obvious places. Was not thoroughly cleaned. Bathtub was dirty to the point I did not want to take a bath in it. The bed was clean though.
