Fabulous hotel and excellent service

Pacha Hotel was fabulous. The junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. However, it was friendliness of the staff and their willingness to attend to us and our needs that really made the hotel standout.

The welcome was great - the front desk staff are very accommodating. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. In terms of improvement, none of the breakfast staff could raise a smile - all were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. A stark contrast with the other staff. Everything was excellent, except the breakfast was a little weaker than expected. Room was perfectly comfortable and clean, the pool was small but guests can also take advantage of the other hotel’s facilities which are large and quite nice. Food, drink and music at the pool are all good too. Special thanks for Ivan, the waiter at the pool for making our holiday much better with his being kind and helpful with us.
