Lovely house with breathtaking view

Tanca Piras Residence is located in the centre of Nebida, a little town perched on the cliffs of Sulcis Iglesiente. The residence is composed by brand new apartments that front towards the sea, offering a stunning view of the coast and Pan di Zucchero rock.
S’Arromaniu apartment is furnished with taste and develops on 60 squared metres, distributed on two floors. At the ground floor, a luminous living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with window and shower. At the second floor, two cosy double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom with window and shower. Outside, the private garden allows S'Arromanius guests to live and relax in the open air. Furthermore, the residence offers a swimming pool, a restaurant, a garage and a park of six hectares. Tanca Piras residence is the perfect place to enjoy the calm and typical scent of this wonderful spot of Sardinia, rich of history and far from the mass tourism.
Nebida and its surroundings are known for the beautiful beaches, but also because they testify a recent past linked to the mining activities. Near the emerald water of wonderful inlets you can often find the ruins of ancient mining sites, as the laveria La Marmora, that rises on the rocks near the residence.

A complex of rules

Everything is regulated, too much so. The pool is open until 18:00, so it is closed during the afternoon siesta. The complex is beautiful, the apartment is nice and well equipped, and the area is fabulous. The personal check-in is unnecessary, a coded lock next to the door would be enough, anyway we got the wrong remote control key, a barely working remote control, which we have repaired. We had to pay for 10 euros, because we got to the accommodation at 8:20 p.m.

Parfait

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le site et le duplex. Par contre pour des ados c'est peut être trop tranquille. C'est un lieu reposant avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la piscine. Cette dernière est très propre et les maitres nageurs très sympathiques. Le restaurant est plutôt beau et les prix sont corrects. Il faut tout de même bien maitrisé la voiture car c'est très pentu même dans le complexe. Au alentour il y'a quelques commerces (qui sont bons) mais c'est un petit village. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Attention si vous avez des adolescents, ils préféreront surement Cagliari.

Schönes, süßes Feriendorf mit super Aussicht!

Uns hat es in Nebida gut gefallen. Die Wohnung gehört zum Ferienhauskomplex Tanca Piras und ist wunderschön gelegen. Man hat vom Esswohnbereich einen super Ausblick über den Pool auf das Meer, schöne Sonnenuntergänge mit inbefriffen. Normalerweise ist der Pool im Oktober geschlossen, aufgrund der Temperaturen war er aber zeitlich begrenzt geöffnet. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und biete eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Zu bedenken ist, dass die Terrasse zur Westseite raus liegt und somit zwischen den Häuserzeilen. Dort ist es nicht so schön zu sitzen und wir haben das beim dem Aufenthalt etwas vermisst, war uns aber vorher klar. Der Zugang zum Meer ist leider der Erosion zum Opfer gefallen, so dass das Meer von der Wohnung aus nicht erreichbar war. Es ist aber sowieso ratsamer die nahe gelegenen Strände zu besuchen, die wunderschön sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und fühlten uns gut begleitet. Wir können diese Objekt gut weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt. Zur Anmerkung: Auch bei uns hat in dem Zeitraum der Trommelkurs im zugehörigen Restaurant/Herberge stattgefunden, uns aber nicht weiter gestört. :-) Vielen Dank an Rita, die für uns immer erreichbar gewesen wäre.

Reihenhäuschen mit Meerblick

Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang und Check in. Die Infos zur Umgebung und zu Aktivitäten waren hilfreich. Die Anlage war ruhig, toller Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ruhezeiten am Pool fanden wir nützlich. Die Umgebung ist touristisch nicht überlaufen, ein Highlight war für uns die grandiose große Panorama Wanderung an der Küste entlang. Die Strände in der Nähe waren im August noch recht voll, ab September ruhiger, mit kristallklarem Wasser und schöner Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, alles da, was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, die Gartenmöbel und Möbel innen fanden wir allerdings auch eher unbequem. Wir haben uns dort insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Ganz herzlichen Dank!

Sehr schöne Zeit

Die Unterkunft war genau richtig für eine Reise mit einem Baby. Der Blick aufs Meer war natürlich top. Pool wurde von uns kaum genutzt, da wir lieber zu den Straänden in der Umgebung gefahren sind, ist aber natürlich immer gut, wenn auch ein Pool vorhanden ist. Wir habens genossen. Check in und Check out waren auch völlig unkompliziert.

Kleines sauberes und gemütliches Reihenhaus, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Swimmingpool, welcher vom Bademeister beaufsichtigt wird. Das Restaurant auf dem Gelände ist toll und die Gastgeber super freundlich.

Bombastischer Ausblick aus einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung

Wir (3 Erwachsene) waren im September/Oktober 2020 für 15 Tage Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie befindet sich in einer relativ großen eingezäunten Ferienanlage. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach bombastisch. Kleine Pfade führen innerhalb der Anlage zu offenbar für die Öffentlichkeit nicht zugänglichen Aussichtspunkten. In unserer Reisezeit war die Anlage fast leer, so dass es die meisten Tage ruhig war. Weitere Gäste waren tageweise von Spezialreiseveranstaltern, die Motorrad- und Quadtouren anboten oder ein Workshop für Schlagzeug und Trommeln. Beides mit der entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse. Die Anlage und auch die einzelnen Häuser sind etwas hellhörig - jeweils zum Nachbarhaus, aber auch nach Außen. Aufgrund der wenigen Gäste und ggf. auch der Covid-19-Pandemie konnte man den Pool nur auf Vorbestellung beim Vermieter benutzen. Die Anlage verfügt über ein Restaurant, dass wir nicht besucht haben. In Nebida gibt es zwei Minimärkte, mehrere Restaurants und auch eine Bar mit Eisdiele, die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Der sehr zu empfehlende Wanderweg entlang der Küste führt gut ausgezeichnet am Eingang der Ferienanlage vorbei. Die Ferienwohnung (insbesondere die Küche) war sehr gut ausgestattet (Tische und Stühle für den Vorgarten, Liegen und Sonnenschirme), wirkte gepflegt und war sauber. Ein verstopfter Abfluss wurde durch den Hausmeisterservice der Ferienanlage schnell repariert. Das WIFI war sehr gut. Die Betten waren groß und die Matratzen gut. Es war kein Problem am Abreisetag den Checkout 2 Stunden später zu machen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Agentur per WhatsApp auf Englisch bei Anreise und während des Aufenthalts war angenehm und problemlos.

Toller Aufenthalt in Nebida

Wir haben mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder fanden den Pool toll. Aussicht ist spektakulär! Die Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub in Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man benötigt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sauber, es machen viele Italiener Urlaub. die Vermieterin Rita war sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Wir würde hier wieder Urlaub machen!

Hübsches Feriendorf

Ideales Häuschen für eine kleine Familie, Schlafzimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick. In der Nebensaison ist im Feriendorf nicht viel los, teilweise wird die Anlage renoviert. Schöne Spazierwege zur Klippe, Strand in der Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt in Gehdistanz.
