Einmal und nie wieder

Kurz prĂ€gnant zusammen gefasst, ein Ă€lteres Haus und Einrichtung im abgenutzten und wenig gepflegten Zustand, welches nicht dem Preisniveau entspricht. Das FeWo verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Gute Lage, jedoch ist sie vollstĂ€ndig mit altem Teppichboden ausgelegt. Dies ist definitiv bei einem FeWo in denen Haustiere erlaubt sind, nicht dem Hygiene-Standard entsprechend. Der Hinweis sollte zudem fĂŒr Hausstauballergiker gegeben werden. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit ist stark verbesserungswĂŒrdig. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist sehr einfach und teils nicht voll funktionsfĂ€hig. Matratzen und Bettzeug sollten erneuert werden. Ein Entspannungs- und WohlfĂŒhlzustand konnte in der Woche nicht erreicht werden. Wie man es besser machen könnte, sieht man in so ziemlich allen anderen FerienhĂ€user drum herum.
