Compare Independence and Mango Creek airport accommodation

The room was large and spotless. Refrigerator worked well. Staff helped me to book a scuba trip and checked on me regularly to see if I needed anything. The bed was really comfortable. It took me a minute to figure out that the hot water in the shower was really hot and you had to use the cold water to give it pressure, but is was heaven after a long scuba day. I spent a lot of time in the hammock on the porch. Perfect location in the middle of the walking area of Placencia.

The room was ok. I had to remind them to clean the room on the days it was supposed to be cleaned. For the cost, there were better options with more amenities at the same or lesser cost. The a/c leaked on our head one night, and when I went to the front desk, nothing was done. The rain one night came into the room through the glass door. Again reported it and nothing was done.

Excellent! We went with a group of ten and we all had a wonderful week. The staff was incredible! Our chief, Rodwell, made every meal and the food was to die for! We did not want for a thing. Kendra, Rodwell, Michael, Jaz, and Martha took excellent care of our stay at Little Harvest Caye! We have rebook for next year! If you have the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful island and the wonderful staff, DO IT!
