Beach Club Condominiums! 3 blocks from the beach! This condo enjoys the on the ground floor, easy access to green space! Stroll to the pool, gym, hot tub area. Super nice community room w/ laundry facilities enjoy sitting poolside, reading a book, napping, enjoying the sun. There are many restaurants & shopping within walking distance too! Florida has a wonderful rule.. no tourist tax charged on bookings over 6 month/1 day! Taxes apply otherwise.

I loved the condo, pool, and Jacuzzi. Nice to walk to the beach with my dog. Only problem was a smoke detector that kept beeping. There was not any thing to stand on to get it down. No step stool
