We didn’t even check in nor did we stay at this place. We booked this in hopes to make it to our family for Christmas and was unable to do to unforeseen circumstances in traveling from Florida up. And because the hotel didn’t want to refund us due to these issues we paid for a room we were unable to stay in I feel like that was terrible customer service and they could have waved the fee due to the time line in our booking and being able to make it up for our one light stay. To those in the future staying at this hotel the ladies there lie and

I had higher expectations for this based on other reviews. The whole hotel is very outdated and just dirty in general. Our room smelled like cigarettes so bad that we had to ask to switch to a different room. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and wonderful but outside of that this place is just pretty outdated and gross.

Great value for such a spacious suite. The location was very convenient for us, and the hotel seems to be clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that the toilets are a little weird…rarely did they flush on the first try. I think they might be the kind designed to conserve water. I don’t think it was a plumbing issue. Would stay here again though!

The rooms could use an update. My bathroom door was/had to be held open by the hair dryer cord. Also when I returned for my second night, the room staff had left my door propped open by the dead bolt. Luckily nothing had been stolen but it was concerning.
