Pool was closed when we stayed. No reason was listed and that was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Room smelled like weed when we first checked in. Bathtub faucet leaked. Overall okay besides those issues.

Check in was smooth and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The only downfall is the pool is out of service which was not known prior to arrival and a disappointment for my kids.

Overall a good stay.

My stay overall is good with 1 complaint. We arrived late in the evening from our venue and discovered that 1 of the beds in our room was broken, but due to the lateness of the hour we didn't bother management but slept in it anyway. Since it was being occupied by 2 of my grandchildren we just had them sleep crossway instead of the normal way as the mattress seemingly would flip and fall off of the base.

The front desk staff was friendly and tried, but I got the impression that the place was understaffed. Needed to ask for a blanket to use with pull out couch. The second bathroom was a pleasant surprise for our “suite.”
