I had a minor issue with my room and it was taken care of really fast. I don't remember his name, but I checked in late on 1/27. Thank You! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It felt like was freshly redecorated.

I was stuck in Indianapolis for several days due to the thunderstorm in the end of January and stayed in different hotels, this being the last and the best one. The price for the hotel room is cheap, the room is nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is great with multiple stores and restaurants nearby. Also a shuttle to and from the airport is included working 24/7 which makes it a perfect stay for anyone flying.

The or check in link sent the day before meant that to check in I just grabbed the key and went to the room. Super easy and perfect for a late night arrival. The airport shuttle picked me up when I called. The breakfast was great. This hotel is simple but adequate for a stay close to the airport.
