First of all horrible communication from host. No wifi password, no email, zero communication through the Vrbo app. After contacting Vrbo customer support we finally received a text with door code. Upon arrival temperature in home was 60 with inoperable heating system. Tried contacting host via email, text, and vrbo app with no luck. After contacting Vrbo customer support they were able to get host to respond to me. Host said he would get someone out to fix heating system, which never happened, with no update from host. Heating ducts in several bedroom were caked with dust and most of the ceiling fans had caked on dust as well.
