The hotel staff was amazing. The food was good at the restaurant and the breakfast. The room AC barely worked. The front desk had to bring us an additional fan. The fire alarm went off around 12am. So convenient to be so close to the train station.

Very close to interlaken west train station. Like one minute walk. The only thing I didn’t like was no AC and the temperature was like 28 -30 C degree, so it was super hot in the apartment and we couldn’t get a good sleep.

Great location bad front office staff.

Nice clean and great location. Rooms are a bit small but manageable. If you are lucky, you might get a room with a great view. Se. photos attached. Literally beside the train station. Great breakfast spread. BUT!!! the front office are quite snobby and totally not friendly. During our first day checking in, the day shift front office are not helpful, answers inquiries in a sarcastic way. but at the day of our check out the front office staff on duty was very friendly and helpful.
